coordinates. Our goal is to provide you with the most beautiful selection of fabrics
possible, and with excellent customer service.
Shipping & Handling
We offer Free Shipping within the continental United States. At Diamondhead Fabrics,
we make every effort to ship your items within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
However, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Our standard means of shipping is
UPS Ground, which can take from 3 to 9 days, so please inquire about another
method, such as 2 Day Air, if you must have it faster, or if you require international
shipping or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Sales Policies
All fabrics are priced by the yard. There is a two-yard minimum on all fabrics, and
swatch samples are available. Fabric colors shown online may not match exact fabric.
Our Privacy Policy
Any personal information which may be obtained in the course of providing our
products to you will be held in the strictest confidence, and will not be used for any
other purposes. We will not share that information with any third party. If you make
an inquiry about a product via email, we will not share the email address with any
third party. You have our guarantee.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our products contact us within 10 days from
the transaction date for our consideration of either a refund or exchange. You will be
responsible for the shipping expense for the return.
All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition at the time we receive it
for a refund or exchange consideration. Customers are responsible for the carrier's
treatment of returned products. In addition, there is a 20% restocking fee based
on the product price for the returned and exchanged merchandise.
The 20% restocking fee charge does not apply to returned products that are either
defective or products that have been shipped to the customer in error.
There are no refunds or exchanges once a product has been cut into or altered in any
way. Please verify that your order is correct before cutting or altering our products.
Swatch Sample Policy
Samples are available at $2.95 each. Samples are cut for color only, and may not show
the entire pattern. The entire pattern can be viewed by purchasing a minimum of 2
yards.
